Hey, i don't like to post youtube videos (actually i don't think I've ever posted one here). But this one is tech related and kind of awesome at the same time.

Recently a friend of mine built a mouse launcher for his digital electronics project. and successfully launched two mice.

No mouses were harmed in the making of the film, and the teacher loved it.

[edit] the second launch is the good one.

Cheers,
-Peter

Dude. You catapult mice for an electronics project...?

Whoever held the camera really sucks. And all I saw was what looked like a mouse exploding before splatting against a wall. His school let him get away with that.

I'm with Alucard on this.

Though I had a "show and tell" or derivative once where I talked about my AK and how much RPM it had and optimal kill distance etc. Some classmates seemed scared of me after that. I'll never understand some people.

The mouse later died from internal bleeding.

I wouldn't want to meet your teacher, that's for sure.

lol, I wrote in an English essay about my airsoft M4. Then they said we had to go into groups and every one read each essay. Afterwards everyone thought I was weird

lol.

yeah, the video quality isn't that great (i don't know who held the camera, because i wasn't there when they did it). I do know that the mice are living happy lives (whatever that means for a mouse) as pets of one of the teacher's kids.

That's because there was cheese in the can with the mouse. If you pay attention you can see the mouse is the bigger white blob and the cheese is the smaller stuff.

Like i said, the video quality stinks. I offered to let them use my camera, but they said they already had one.
