Basicly, Im just wondering what is faster. The 8800GTS(G80) 640MB or the 8800GT(G92) 512?

Im completely confused. Ive searched google, And so far this is what i have found. Either:
1. 8800GT Performs better at lower resolutions, and less/no AA. But with higher resolutions and higher texture quality, The GTS performs better.
2. 8800GT Is slower than the GTS full stop.
3. Vice verca to 2.

On google, all the already created forums, consist of the 8800GT oweners say no 3, and GTS owners saying that the Say no 2. And then lucky people with 280GTX's, say no 1.

I personaly think the 1st finding is probably more likely than 2 or 3, Since the GTS has less stream processors, and a slightly lower clock, But has more memory and a larger memory bandwidth.

Can anyone make any sence of this?

CPU: AMD X2 6000+ 3.0ghz GFX: NVIDIA BFG Geforce 8800GTS 640MB OC-550mhz core RAM: 2048mb

The 512MB GT is faster than the 640MB GTS. But the 512MB GTS is faster than the 512MB GT. That seems confusing, but the 512MB GTS and 640MB GTS are two different cards all together, not just the same thing with different amounts of memory.
