Well, i downloaded winrar from here

I installed that because izark had problems extracting rar files, then 5min later, winrar is doing its job, message pops up:

And
www.google.com takes me to a page with japanese writing.
I downloaded
Spyware Detector and i am searching for the spyware right now.
HOW TO DISABLE:
-1: Open
Task Manager and go to the
Processes tab (CTRL+ALT+DEL)
-2: Look for
explore.exe (NOT
explorer.exe)
-3: Highlight
explore.exe and click
End Process
-4: Search for
explore.exe and delete the file that you find with that name
(LOOK AT ATTACHED PIC, mine is WINXP, but at default should be WINDOWS).
(NOT EXPLORER.EXE, OR YOU WILL LOOSE THE FUNCTIONALITY OF YOUR OS)
-5: Go to
C:/WINDOWS/system32/drivers/etc/host and delete all in that text file.
-6: It should be gone.
this outbreak lasted 15min for me
