Are you alowed to put songs in your games (if you plan on selling the games), or is it breaking the copyrite or somtyhing like that?

You can put songs you compose in programs you sell, but it wouldn't do to make them obviously similar to any existing songs which have copyright protection. Check who the copyright of the song is to, if you compose it yourself it might be to you or the software company who wrote the composing software. If someone else has copyright to the song, you must ask their permission before using it otherwise you will be breaking the law.

If you are using MP3s, there are certain licensing fees outside of DBS's control that you may have to pay. Otherwise no, as long as you have the right's to the song.
