Overall, the atmosphere was just creepy. Everything from rubble on the ground to the broken walls and lights provides the game with an unsettling feeling.
I especially liked the greyscale textures when you enter the "flashbacks". The doors opening by themselves and the creepy person walking behind them was pretty scary, as well.
I also really liked the shader you used on those windows, and the scene where you're "drugged". I can only imagine how creepy the actual game will be.
There were a few minor annoyances, however. The lack in music subtracts from the overall creepiness, as well as sound effects.
The ones you used were very good, but I felt that there needed to be more. Some of them could've faded in/out a little smoother, as well.
Also, there were some paper entities on the floor that flickered, which could be fixed.
