I want to sell access to my iphone web app, as the iphone cannot download web apps, I think a subscription business model would fit the bill, I think what Ill do is have a years access to the web app, what are my options, how can I sell a years access to the app, whats available to me. what services are available so I can do this.

They must be able to give the subscriber access, collect the payments and protect the access of the product, I don't want people downloading the product and then giving it out, I know you cannot save web apps on iphone, but a PC user could potentially download it to their PC, and then put it on a web site for free.

How do we sell access to a web site.

Joomla allows for subscription based content. It sounds like it's exactly what you need.

If you're expecting a lot of traffic, you'll need a VPS or even a dedicated server.

If you're looking for quotes on this sort of thing. Contact me via my email and I'll offer a quote.

I normally don't create websites though. But in this case, your project sounds very interesting, I'd be willing to consider developing something in Joomla for you. Contact me with your requirements if you're looking to pay to have someone do this for you.

And there's millions of free ringtones, but people still pay for them.

You'd be amazed what people are willing to pay for if there's quality behind it. And for people with iphones, they're not exactly hurting for money
