I have a Dell Inspiron laptop with Windows Vista.What kind of video card and other stuff should I get to pimp it out for FPS creater DX10 and other PC games....

Generally laptops aren't upgradable in many aspects, especially when it comes to such hardware as graphics cards.

Ya, most laptops can't be upgraded when it comes to things such as CPUs and GPUs, and if they can the upgrade is pretty small and you have to ship it to the manufacturer to get it upgraded.

If you really want an upgrade it's probably better just to get a new laptop. Although personally I would get a desktop; it's much cheaper, and easily upgradable for the future.
