Alright it may seem really random, but I am trying to find out something and all I need is a yes or no answer.

Do you like cats?

I like them but dogs are way more playful.
So, yes.

However, if the cat is retarded. And I'm not talking behaviorwise, I'm talking bites-its-own-hair, twitches, and attacks things excessively literally plain as day mentally or physically disabled... then I LOVE THEM! They're awesome, and everyone needs one to greet people at their doorstep.

I don't like animals, especially cats.

Your life shall be spared this time.

My answer to this question goes without saying. Cats are superior to dogs in almost every way. Even though no one made the comparison, I feel it necessary to state this fact lest some know not.

Yes, we have 2 at the moment. We have always had at least 1 cat. 5 at the most but I think 3 of those came with the house.

Always from a rescue shelter. Some more housey, some more outdoorsey, all awesome.

Also, to any small child that says cats scratch people (because that's the main reason I've heard for small people not liking them), if you go rubbing your snotty little hands all over a cat's nice clean fur it serves you right if you get a bit of blood drawn. Now stop crying and learn not to grab things that don't want to be grabbed.

Well I've always actually hated rabbits much more than cats - in my spare time I like to doodle pictures of them comitting suicide by eating excessive amount of laxatives.

Cats make good pets for serial killers. They watch the whole thing but say nothing.

Excerpts from a Cat's Diary

Day 983 of my captivity.
My captors continue to taunt me with bizarre little dangling objects.

They dine lavishly on fresh meat, while the other inmates and I are fed
hash or some sort of dry nuggets. Although I make my contempt for the
rations perfectly clear, I nevertheless must eat something in order to
keep up my strength.

The only thing that keeps me going is my dream of escape. In an attempt
to disgust them, I once again vomit on the carpet.

Today I decapitated a mouse and dropped its headless body at their feet.
I had hoped this would strike fear into their hearts, since it clearly
demonstrates what I am capable of. However, they merely made
condescending comments about what a "good little hunter" I am.
Bastards.

There was some sort of assembly of their accomplices tonight. I was
placed in solitary confinement for the duration of the event.
However, I could hear the noises and smell the food. I overheard that
my confinement was due to the power of "allergies." I must learn what
this means and how to use it to my advantage.

Today I was almost successful in an attempt to assassinate one of my
tormentors by weaving around his feet as he was walking. I must try
this again tomorrow -- but at the top of the stairs.

I am convinced that the other prisoners here are flunkies and snitches.
The dog receives special privileges. He is regularly released - and
seems to be more than willing to return. He is obviously retarded.

The bird has got to be an informant. I observe him communicating with
the guards regularly. I am certain that he reports my every move. My
captors have arranged protective custody for him in an elevated cell, so
he is safe. For now....

I like cats AND dogs. I have one of each and they get along great.
I think dogs are better for more active playful people. Dogs, you can take on a walk, go to the park, throw a ball around, etc...
Cats, I think, are better for those who just want a little fuzzy ball of cute to curl up on their lap at the end of the day. I mean, the most "playing" you can really do with a cat is making it chase string or a laser pointer.

It isn't really his to begin with.
Or so I believe as I've seen it before somewhere. Though that could certainly still be draknir's work, odds are slim as there are more than 3 people on the interweb, and I just happened to run into the same person, touting his diaries on two completely unrelated sites.

Cats are really boring. I like them, but I greatly prefer dogs. They show so much affection back that it makes all the work you do for them worth it while cats just go hide in dark areas of the house and bring you dead animals.

Only one cat, do I like, and that's one of the three in my house. It's my black cat, Lincoln, and he's been with my family for years...I think 6 or 7 now. We found him when we were driving around and our car(yes, a Lincoln! if you see where this is going), kept meowing. We got home, and my mom popped the hood, and there he was, under the hood, with all the parts and everything. How he didn't get burnt to death I dunno, but we kept him ever since. I love that cat.

One of my other cats is fat, lazy, and retarded. The other is just simply retarded. The latter cat almost made me fall down the stairs roughly 3 minutes ago, while I am currently on crutches with only one usable leg. Damn cat.

Yes, but the fact that they have litter boxes that are impossible to place without ruining the room is a pain, I would like em better if they stayed kittens and you could take em for walks so the outdoors have to deal with their excrement.
