Which are the best alternative DLLs to the commercial DLLs?
For example, a DLL like DarkAI?
Which are the best DLLs for:
Physics
AI (Pathfinding and Decision making)
Network
Rotations
Texture
Extender (more commands to DB PRO)
GUI
I wait your answer.

Hi,
i read it (and i read also another post) but there are 3 dlls for the physics (for example), 3 for the network.
I would know which are the best DLLs for each argument. The best DLL for AI, the best DLL for physics....And only the updated DLL (because many DLLs are now...not updated and abbandoned).

It depends what you mean by 'best', they will each have advantages and disadvantages.

Did you try using the built-in multiplayer functionality first? Just because there are alternatives doesn't mean the original implementation won't do what you want.

They are very poor and are obsolete, direct play (which they are based on) has actually been removed in newer versions of direct x.
