Anybody know how to get my amp to sound like the guitar on "Every breath you take"?

I use a vox amp so i got these switches from 1-10:

gain, treble, middle, bass.
I also got reverb with 3 settings: decay, rev level, hi damp

Clean channel, maybe very light reverb, and a nice mellow humbucker. What kind of guitar? And does your box have tubes?

Just set your amp to the "pretentious" setting.

Sorry, I actually like early Police.
