CastBar v1.0
-------------

Can create CastBars for spells or progress bars for abilities, or any other activity that needs a timed progress bar.
You have to make your own Draw routines for the CastBars, but a few are included as examples to show you how easy it is.

Features:
- Create as many CastBars as are needed, they run simultaneously.
- Timing is accurate no matter what sync rate you use.
- You can create your own CastBar look.
- For use in Games and Applications alike.
- Absolutely FREE.

I would certainly like to see how your CastBars will look.
So feel free to post your amazing or cool CastBars so I can see how you used it.

Free to use, but credits appreciated.

You might want to perform set object cull objnum, 0 on the glass "cases" to make the other side visible.
