Hi,

I am currently looking for .NET (preferably C#, but VB.NET is fine) programmers to work on an IDE for DarkBASIC. I know this is a team request, but you can't say this is a "Give Me the Codez" type of request. I have invested a significant amount of money in the project so far, as I have purchased DevExpress, Syncfusion, Telerik and Xceed libraries to make it a success.

What I need is skilled, commited people who feel that they can produce an editor.

What have I done currently:
Full project/solution system
External editor integration
Planned the features I want

What you may be asked to do:
Work on a parsing the code in a solution
Creating a "Code Database":
This database will allow for features, such as Code Refactoring and Live Analysis, which are a vital part of the IDE.
Work on a system for XML documentation of functions and variables, and a way to export these to RTF, PDF, HTML etc
Work on a new way to access media files (more details if you want to join)
Work on various tools to make game making easier in DBPro and the editor
Work on SVN (and other source code management systems) access in the editor
Work on registration systems and database acccess

Obviously, I will do some of these things. What is listed are things you "may" be asked to do.

This will be a commercial editor for the language, and so you will get a percentage of the eventual profit. This profit does not include the prices I had to pay for the 3rd-Party Libraries, so it is simply revenue generated.

These features are not far-fetched in any way. I have thoroughly though out how they may be implemented.

So, if you want to be part of something that will hopefully revolutionise the way DarkBASIC Programmers work, send me an email at: [email protected]

Thanks,
Bozzy
