Just because you picked up a copy of Koolmoves or Flash Game Builder, that doesn't make you experienced.

In fact, download Bluevoda and mess around with that. Learn HTML by getting HTML 4 For Dummies. It will really help out alot.

I really think you should better yourself in terms of artistic design before you start "offering your services".

I don't know what programs you use to create your media, but a basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a great starting place for your websites.

There is no real reason why you cannot create a great website with just HTML and CSS alone. The added media created in photoshop or gimp will only work well with an already solid design layout with CSS.

You will find you will earn a lot more money in the long run, if you take the time to learn the tools properly.

Practice the KISS method...

I wouldn't worry about photoshop/gimp or whatever for now. Get the basic structure of each page done first (in HTML and some CSS - which is great for simple layouts) and then do the fancy stuff last, once the layout is sorted out.

That is a great one, too.. My personal favorite, for reading on Dreamweaver and tutorials, is:
http://www.entheosweb.com/dreamweaver/default.asp

There are some good quality readings to do on the one I linked to.

It was worth asking, I started my day at work today with an email from my boss telling me I'm fired. (Turned out to be an April Fools thing)

No actually I found it to be a great April Fool's joke. I'm sure Romney would agree with me.

I got pretty much the same thing, until I noticed that it had been sent to everyone in the squadron.
