Is it possible to make plugins for DBC? Is there any documentation for this?

Yes, but you have to load them using 'load dll' and call them using 'call dll'. I don't know how to get at the internal data though.

A "Plugin" is just a dll so yes.

i am currently trying tomake one that will return the menu selection of the dbc window menu(after you set one)
