I'm planning to puchase FPS Creator but i want to know if my system is capable.
My PC's specs:
CPU: Intel Pentium 4 (LGA478) 2.40GHz Oc: 2.59GHz
RAM: 1GB PC5200 800MHz
HDD: 160GB ATA
OS: MS Windows Vista Home Premium 32Bit
Graphics: Visiontek Radeon X1300XT AGP 8x 256MB DDR2 Direct X 9.0C
Shader Model 3.0

Is my PC Compatable?
If not tell me what I have to change.

The card you have seems to be very low-spec. Everything else looks pretty mid-spec, so I'd say yes, it's compatible.

Now, for the best performance, I recommend an nVidia graphics card.

Not necessarily an nvidia as such. The system will run DX9 games fine, but not at high quality. If anything, 1 GB more RAM will drastically improve performance.

I would suggest you save for a new system, generally you'll find that phenoms with ATI graphics cards are a cheap combo, since AMD now owns both. Whilst maybe not the best performance compared to a core 2, you'll get 90% as good for half the price.

Visit my site http://www.fpsmodels.com for models and media for fps creator.

That is exactly what I'm running and FPSC runs just fine.

My Specs:
CPU: AMD 3000+ 2.17 Ghz
RAM: 1GB
HDD: WD 160GB ATA
OS: Windows XP Home Edition SP3
Graphics: nVidia GeForce 7600 512MB AGP 8X

Oh and did I mention? This was all for absolutely FREE

From the specs you listed, it sounds like you have a laptop. If so, upgrading can be hasslesome and expensive, unless you know someone who'll do it for you.
