Cold...
Alone...
Shattered...

VIDEO: https://forumfiles.thegamecreators.com/download/1738194
Here is the story through the eyes of the player:
My name is Jamie, I am an amateur film maker. I planned to become big, direct huge budget movies, make more money than I could imagine. That changed when it all happened. When most people think of the apocalypse, they see zombies and monsters roaming the street, tearing people apart. That is a good assumption, because it pretty much sums it up. This is my one last chance to make it big, be the one to survive and film the apocalypse in action.

I like the atmosphere, but that one light in the bottom right, I just don't like. I'd put more of the other lights around instead, but that's just me.

Looking good! Are you using a mod? It looks nice and soft and smooth to my eyes. Or is it just me?

I disagree, the lights fit the scenes very nicely. I find that lights in games don't light up areas enough...I know when my room is pitch black and I turn on ONE regular fluorescent light, the entire room is lit up. Nice screenshots!

Thanks, I'm glad to be compared to lifeless.

Should I remove the bloom?

Why? What would happen to the enemies? And I have no plans on selling this.

I will have some awesome new shots up later today. I have mad an animated hud so it looks like you are recording it through a camcorder. That has to do with the story, which I will release soon.

Here is the first in game video! You can't see the animated hud too well in it, so here is a screenshot as well.

EDIT: I took advice and removed the bloom .dlls.

Sorry about that. I had the idea before I saw yours but I was going to have it so that it was on play. Then I saw how it looked and decided to make it record, hope that's okay with you.

I think you're going about this the wrong way. You're trying to get the game noticed by the community, and make it "BOTB quality". Why is that so special to you?

I think you should try to make a fun, unique, cool game that YOU like. If it happens to win some sort of award, that's fantastic, but ir shouldn't be all you have in mind. Your game looks awesome right now, and it has tons of potential, but you should focus on what really matters.

You know what, your right. I thought about that, and I agree with you. Thanks .

I never said it was canceled, I still have plans for it. I worked on it a little recently, so don't think I gave up so easily .

P.S. The official storyline for this will be released tonight.

This is just how he tells it, there is more of a story behind what is happening, and will unravel as you play.

I like how the game looks...

That REC "signature" reminds me of the movie called, suprisely, [¤REC]

I'm having this problem, when I do my own meny screen background it won't show it. Ther's just black, and everytime I move mouse the mouse copies itself. Could you, who has custom background, help me. or somebody else.
