A new iPhone is supposed to be released this June, with a 3.2 Megapixel Camera (possibly 5), a Video Recorder, MMS, and alot of other features. Since I'm excited about this, I created a mock up in Photoshop (CS3) in about 2 hours. I was wondering what you guys thought about it.

I named it the "Rain". (Note: The keyboard on the illustration was borrowed from an 'Envy' reference picture found online. I will be replacing the keyboard with a hand drawn version later on, once I get 3d renders going.)

Here's a link to the article about the potential release in June: http://theappleblog.com/2009/04/03/next-iphone-camera-to-be-32-megapixels/

Is that a Windows key on the keypad?

On the Z. Little flag in the upper right corner. Looks like Windows.

No, I don't know what it is actually, haha. As I said I borrowed the keypad image from the Envy phone. It doesn't run on Windows, so it can't be a Windows icon.

I highly doubt Apple would ever slag one of those keyboards on their phone. And those dock icons would probably be grouped in the center of the dock instead of spread out like that.
EDIT: And most of those keys don't even make any sense on an iPhone.

Yes, a keyboard seems far too useful.

As I said, the keyboard was borrowed from the Envy. The keyboard slides in under the actual phone allowing it to be used in portrait mode. But allucards right apple would never put a keyboard on a device.

I highly doubt a new iPhone would "look" any different. But my cousin at ATT said the 3.0 firmware would add copy/paste along with several other new functions. And, if rumors are true, wireless N support; but that'll only be on newer phones.

Oh they added copy\paste. Is that supposed to be revolutionary? 'Cause I thought that was invented my Xerox almost 30 years ago.
