You know the problem with banning IPs is that you can easily change IP, i can and i have cable.

There is another way, pretty easy, although people can get around it and it may mean quite a bit of work for rich if he did decide to impliment it.

But you do rich just MSN me, explaining the system would mean showing people a way of getting around the system.

I think that sueing people is sad. For hells sake your making someone pay because they sent you a few emails, you arnt even sure of who the person is. What is this preschool the world will never be purfict but people arnt bugs that you can just squish, they have lives too and wreacking that just so you dont get annoyed is horrible.
The reason insurance has gone up so much in the last few years is because of all of these pointless cases.
Maybe if your lucky a robber will come into your house and trip over something and sue you for eveything you have got, yep thats how sad todays law system is. Its arses that take advantage of the law that make the world a worse place.

And as much am I am against spam its not worth suing someone, or even putting them into jail.
