Sounds even more retarded than OnLive. I recall seeing something(maybe even here too) that looks exactly the same as the thing described in the OP, except I don't recall the name OTOY and I think the video in the original I saw was found to be fake, i.e. it was a proper raytraced render for someone's portfolio and had nothing to do with supercomputers. Maybe I'm recalling it wrong?

Yep, this is pre-rendered. And it was part of a 'demo' (i.e. a concept) of streaming server hosted game-like video data to mobile devices (and reacting to input) - so a sort of 'games in the cloud' (like OnLive). But it wasn't actually a real demo, so this video has nothing at all to do with rendering engines.

No. The cars are too clean, and there are no people.

In the beginning, the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and has been widely regarded as a bad move.

It doesn't look that great to me... especially the screens on their website looked extra fake. It's great for in-browser, supposedly, but otherwise I can think of some games that beat it.

I've got to agree...I tried hard to be impressed, but all it looks like, is a whole lot of blurring/focusing and the actual graphics look pretty..."Playstation 4 launch title" to me.

I was expecting more for "BEST GRAPHICS IN THE WORLD"
