TFPSCR, you might want to place some kind of light for the actual light to eminate from. Does that make sense? Like place a light entity and place the actual light marker right in front of it so it looks like it is coming from it.

Some people say that I'm crazy... And I agree.

@SEP: Looks a little empty. I'd add some rubble around and some dirt overlays to spice it up a bit.

Her's shots of more-or-less the entire level 2 of Izolis, I couldn't really fit it all in, my level design's too meandering, but I guess someone might be inspired...

CG, could you just trim those shots down a little so it doesn't stretch the forum for those with a screen width of 1024 please.

Hi im lee from Torchlight Products. we are working on a project called Urban Warfare and there will be several multiplayer maps and a single player campaign. one of my maps is called warhouse strike. it's a very good map to snipe on as lots of diffrent guns have been placed in varius locations it's not perfect but i thought i'd like to show you. thanks

Mod Edit: That was a screen shot of actual game play, it needs to be a screen grab of your actual map in the editor.

Awesome maps, but do you ever worry about overloading your CPU?
I sometimes get those weird renderings with all the stretched out triangles if I have too much stuff in my maps.
Are there some "rules of thumb" to help avoid that?

test after every section. then you'll know what's too much. wait unitl it gets laggy, and then take a little teeny bit out of every section. never should an FPSC game go slower than 20 FPS on a reccomended specs computer: 2.0GHz processor, 1 GB ram, GeForce 5900 or whatever.

ooh! might suggest putting some rocks or mountains in the bottom left corner to block the player from seeing right off the edge.

Armageddon Games, your screenshot reminds me of Borderlands. Looks nice!

So, now it's my turn! Some "spypics" of the second levels map.

that map reminds me of the last level in my first game (look for the thread) radiate. it's a big long map and it's mostly all traintracks.
