-edit- this was actually posted at 2 or so am, my birthdays on the 19th xD, time to get drunk! The current time: 8:11am :S

haha, jeez time flies past, 22 now. It really doesn't seem that long ago that i picked up DBC and made my first little game ^-^. So far i've enjoyed programming in DBP.

heh 2 tests to do on my birthday how much does that suck xD

On a side note though, as i don't post many topics under geek culture does anyone know when the next TGC meet up is? I'd love to attend at least one, but i never find out till it's too late, or it's really far from me. But now I'm living in england i should have no problem attending ^-^

Thanks ravey and monk! it's much appreciated.

I've only got 2 more exams left, and trust me on this monk, UNI EXAMS ARE EASY!!!! I dunno weathers it's because i have experience with DBP or just because all my exams are about games, I dunno it just all seems interesting and easy to learn.

Cannot wait for the c++ exam on 5th June, should be interesting. Actually after that, it will be the best time, an entire summer to work on my tank game AT LAST! I've been waiting ages to try get some free time to implement the rest of the network code!

I suppose theyre subjects that you picked, so you like them and will find them easier... c++ exam sounds unusual but kinda fun =)

£600? That's nonsense! No one-off noise complaint should rack up a fine like that!

Please don't curse on the forum, even if some of the letters are starred out.

Happy Birthday - Unlucky about the fine, sounds to me like somebody was partying too hard!

Cheers

If you're at Uni and I take it you're in halls? £600 is a bit harsh, I lived in halls last year and nobody would have kicked up a fine like that, fines would have been given if the noise was persistant after warnings, but not £600. Perhaps it's worth taking up with your student union or any advice at Uni.

Happy Birthday dude, for £600 I bet it was one heck of a party, you animal.

lol thanks, i spoke to the house manager with a few of my flat mates, we've got it down to 100 and she said she'd try get it even lower as it's a first time offense xD, it was supposidly just really bad timing that the security for the uni were just patrolling there, whilst the girl above me complained for the second time.

Good job though we went down, the reports were wrong aswell, saying we were partien at 1am when we had left before 12 xD
