first off, anyone have this game? second off, for some reason i can't move forward good. it wont let me move forward at all, i can move backwards, left and right, but forward? forget about it....Anyone ever had this problem with the game? if i can't figure it out, i might just return it although i don't want to do that since i enjoying the original game and would like to play it again. ANy ideas on what it could be that's not letting me move forward? (hope this thread doesn't get locked for some reason)

Vista with NVIDIA Ge Force FX 8800 2 gigs of ram, quad core q6600, and that's about it. P.S. I downloaded the patch for the game and it's still not working.

If you are using a controller, then it might just need calibrated.

If your using the keyboard, then maybe the W key or Up Cursor is mapped as something else, check the keyboard controls to make sure.


I'll probably wait and get this pre-owned on the 360, the original game is an old Xbox favorite of mine - probably avoid the PC version if it's buggy.

the only problem with the game is that you can't move forward or right. ity just wont let you. I checked the controls and it sees that it just pushes you a littlle forward then it goes back to the original position. i might just return it if i can i still have the receit so hopefully they will take it. God i hope Bioshock 2 isn't this buggy.
