yep congrats, jeffhuys

To be fair I did believe dark coders game was quite an interesting concept with splendid graphics, and i enjoyed diggseys, along with the other supportive members who joined in with the competition

This edition of the newsletter is 40% bigger than the one released 2 years ago - so that's too much of everything

Can somebody please link me to " the 7.4 DarkGDK " please? I must be blind as I still only see the 7.3 DarkGDK thread. I know DBPro has 7.4. I just cant find DarkGDK's 7.4.

Thankyou wit all of me

Use Dark GDK with the latest DirectX SDK!

Hey, just a minor correction, Jeku didn't have anything to do with the judging or organising of the competition.

The thrid judges name is Thomas, he's not a TGC Community member, but a player from outside of the community.

The thinking behind that, was that the judging would be balanced with 1 forum moderator, myself and 1 casual gamer with no knowledge of the development process. I beleive this gave a more realistic set of views when judging.

I believe people would enjoy the model releases more for 'fps creator' if it was aimed more at DBP users as well. I guarantee a ton of people would buy them if they new they were royalty free for dbp users to use within their games.

The content in the Game Creators Store is fully compatible with DarkBASIC Professional. It's suitable for a range of game types, 3rd person, first person, RPG's, and loads of others. It really is just a matter of planning and development.
