Yesterday,I turned on my second computer.but when Computer booting to window,Suddenly error screen showed up in monitor.

DISK BOOT FAILURE, INSERT SYSTEM DISK AND PRESS ENTER

It shocked to me.. So I tested that I inserted my Vista DVD to Computer. And I started recovery.But Nothing showed in Drive List.
I also Changed SATA HDD Data Cable.But As usual,Error screen showed up.Eventually,I change to other used HDD. but It's also the same. HELP ME PLEASE!

Your signature has been erased by a mod,why is it way too large?

I used to have something like this. The HD connection to the rest of the PC had somehow disappeared, so the guy I went with it to pushed in the cables connecting it, and it worked again. This is however a best case scenario. It might be a HD failure, and THAT is not good (cannot tell, because I have never had one myself like that, lol).

There is no greater virtue, then the ability to face oneself.

Check that you don't have anything else the machine may try to boot to, e.g. a CD in the drive, a USB memory stick plugged in, an external hard disk connected etc. I have come across a USB scanner in the past which prevented a machine from booting up because the motherboard thought it was a bootable USB device!
Basically unplug everything which is not essential and try again.
