hehee... is that US Dollar or Aussie Dollar?
cause i mean a few hundred Aussie isnt alot here, or is that just for me -

plan to make up all the filler over the next few days, news system is probably ready for implimentation - no, Martyn?

wanna redesign the menu buttons a little, make it look more like a Windows Menu but from the Top ala Amiga Stylee.
The whole graphics are to get a nice make over, made softer i have the template just gonna take time - something i keep running short of
But kinda like whats been made so far Martyn's doing a good job.

The aussie dollar is about half the american dollar usually.
It makes .com purchases a little expensive but sometimes its worth it.

hehe, i just need to work on thee news system.

I had some problems with the news numbering. But never fear, some more work and it will do it's job

(it can be implimented as soon as the servers are up )

Got a FAQ system done too, can have one for each program.

But that comes when the servers are up too

yeah ... Aussie Dollar is like Canadian - against the pound is just a joke thou.
here something interesting to note,
did anyone know that the amounts people earn compared to how much they spend is generally the same for the US/UK
most other countries have it a bit higher.

i mean it is stupid how the peeps in the UK are charged more, because rather than converting companies simply sell at the same price... so $30 US and £30 UK
but as our snotty nosed teens seem to be both on the same kinda pay per hour and the relatively same hours - technically i can't see the problem.
Probably good to think though - for every person who purchases a copy of a game made outside of the UK that is the equvilant of 2(or more) people buying it in the native country ... profit wise of course.

i know its got nothing to do with this topic at all, but all this talk about money kinda got me thinkin about it for a sec.
ya know all that aside, it is still FAR cheaper to buy PC hardware in the UK - even with converting my USD, GeForce4 Ti 680 DRR2 128Mb AGP 8x £250 ... i took a look at the US price recently, and just laughed cause it just takes the pee, i could get a fully equipped system with a pretty beefy processor for what most places are asking for it!
Also AMD processors, man i swear AlthonXP 2100+ 2Ghz processor £90 - you still talking around $220-250 here

and just incase anyone is interested ...
US Dollar -> Sterling Pound = 0.45
Sterling Pound -> USD = 1.70

don't really need calculators for it, i mean the transfer is just the market offset compaired to other countries - and you just times that figure by what you have to get what its worth abroad
don't really need a fancy calc for it ... i mean if you can't do it in your head or on paper you need to brush up on ya math

the best thing is when u get paid by an american company in US dollars x2
and UK x3

I may not get to see all the latest things as they come out but we get filtered down products in time.

I was in town when they flew a chopper with a massive camera bubble through a city street between the buildings for the new matrix movies tho

i used to live about 5mins from Leavesdon Studios (used to be called RollsRoyce Leavesdon Airport ) got kept up most nite by helicopters shooting scenes from Bond and got to see quite a bit from SW Episode 1, saw them pushing that large tank thing around once ... its like you look in the movie and theres like 100 of them, but they only had one onscene which i think it was JarJar rans from - it was someone in a silly costume anyways
