It would cost you a significant amount of money, but if I was serious about this and wanted a great looking dog like Sam, I would be emailing bond1 and sorting out a deal. Just an idea.
And remember, you would most likely be paying a lot of money.

Ok, a little update, official production of this game will begin on Wednesday or thurasday. The main guns will be a customized EAI M4, and a HK MK.23. The creatures used will be bond1's zombies. More info will be released soon.

okay in I AM LEGEND they are vampires not zombies, that being said; vampires can survive in light, just not UV light. So unless your entire game is outside, add some light... and im not asking you to put the ambience to 255 with a ton of lights, but put in ,like somone else said, a few dynamic lights with range 200.

Ok, but another reason there won't be much light is because after 3 years, lightbulbs are gonna die, but I will add some flikering lights, natural lights etc. And I will email you when I get home, ok? Thanks for the help

Bulbs arent 100% to go out after 3 years,we have a bulb in the house thats working 10 years already.Looks good so far.

When can we expect a demo? This year?

And that is not sarcasm, I do mods since 2005 and I know things take time, especially when you work solo on a project

PS: I've read the story too about 20 years ago and I aggree its very original - especially the end (which the other 2 film versions also didnt use). M. Night Shyamalan should have filmed it....

I know, but FPS Creator freaked out nut now its working, so I can finally get started. I am still looking for a good gun since I failed to mod the stock one. Oh, and I am not working solo anymore, Saint Pixie is gonna help me out. and if anyone else wants to help, that would be great.

Ignore that JJB, just keep practicing and look up some tutorials. Try the community guide. What you've done so far is decent for being new, and I'm sure that your skills will only get better.

To be honest, Fallout 3 is in no way sub-par my friend...

Well it isnt amazing either, games often atract bandwagons, and people jump on them, very much like GTA 4 wich is just tiering after playing 3 games similiar to each other, the same with halo, am i the only person who thinks halo is just the same thing recycled for 3 whole games, not to mention the two new ones that are coming out!

As much as i like your level design nikas, don't you think that's a little arrogant?

The whole thing is just to be for the fun of it. Not to be some contest, or you know, to say look at me i rock at makin games. As many have said FPSC is more of just a (very) fun toy to mess around with

I agree with butt monkey,nikas,you have not been on here long I see. The object on the forums is to build people up not tear them down, although some need torn down and sometimes the mods do a great job at that.
JJB you keep up the work on this I read the books and seen the movies and you will have your work cut out for you and you seem to be doing a good job. Also the lighting was mostly ran by generators, if I remeber right, so the only electricity was at Neville's little "prison", as he called it. Since the world was in decay, there is a few free cutters out there that will let in ambient light and should create a nice effect for you. You could also if you have milkshape,fragmotion or another model program, you can change the animations for when the vampires enter the light. Make a bloom model for your cracks in the wall and give it a new script that would tell your vampire to jump back and go around the light when they enter the light. Just alittle idea for you. Keep up the work!
