how many use it in their projects,
how many projects do you have that would be killed without it ?

None. I use a plain object, because texture backdrop splits the texture into 6 squares. What's the use of that?

interesting, I was working on a project that a plain doesn't seem to work very well. did you use enable or disable zdepth for the plain or any object you used ?

Texture backdrop......wow is that even in the help files? lol, idk if i ever used it and if i did......i feel like a noob. i hate that command, because like the Comet, it splits your texture. of course, i guess using a seemless texture nulls that.....

The only time I may ever use texture backdrop and I probably won't is if I were making a sky with stars in it.

yip , I use it for space backgrounds. works well as with very little effort.
