I was just wondering, I'm a new poster, and on post watch still. How long did it take some of you guys to get off post watch? Cause I need a lot of help, and it's really hard to get help. lol

P.S.-Not trying to 'circumvent' the system. I'm just curious...

Just give it time, it will be lifted eventually. All you need is patience.

It's not based on time, it's based on the amount of times you get a post approved. If all the posts you make are constructive or useful and TGC approves enough of them then your Post Approval status goes because TGC can now trust you.

That is what I meant. Give it time as in ignore it and it will eventually go away when you make decent posts.

It hence helps if you reply to some other people's threads.
(Only if you have a relevant reply to give of course)

Mine went away in less than a week, so I guess I'm the lucky one.

Here's how to ensure your post watch goes away as quickly as possible...

1-Make sure ALL of your posts (whether they're replies to another user's thread or your own) are completely constructive, don't contain bad language, does not bash another user, and doesn't contain any inappropriate things.

2-Give the mods cookies.

I kid on the last one, of course.
