I was just curious because it is a great show... I think they just got their truck running. I wonder how hard itmustbe to live like that...

I don't think they had it in the first episode, but I was watching it last night they are modifying itto be an escape vehicle with a flamethrower on it!

I've seen commercials for it, but I'm not sure I totally understand what its about. It looks like they're trying to start a civilization from scratch? Can someone fill me in?

It's a reality show set in a post-apocalyptic setting. It's on on tuesdays at 10 O clock my time. (Eastern)

It's not too bad, but I have a strong feeling most of it is scripted and planned, I wish it was done more "dynamically" and realistically.

Ya. Like have them go out a little more. Realisticly, if you had a little colony you wouldn't sit there in a broken down building waiting to get lucky and find something. You would have about half of them searching the whole town, trying to map the city. Whover finds all those left resources is gonna dominate.

I saw it for the first time yesterday at my parents house. I love post-apocalyptic movies and liked this show... the only thing I hated about that episode.
