Hello everyone,

Just dropping by to say I have a daily catch up of the work being done on the show. Anyone interested in graphics, video editing or animation *may* benefit from reading:

I hope my writing style isn't too bland! The page design is simple as I want to keep it as easy to update a possible. I update it on the hour as I'm working.

Maybe it will interest some people to follow the work and see it all "come together".

Very cool. Somewhat inspiring. I've always wanted to do some sort of short films or videos and this is sparking my interest again.

This is awesome! Definitely inspiring as Agent Dink said, you seem to know a ton about video editing now. I can't wait to see the actual episodes of Milk Paton.

Thanks,

No it's still the same style of animation, but a lot more of it is "fake" or computer generated! It now looks closer to traditional animation.

I hope you guys check back because I do update it every few hours! I like how simple the page layout is so I will definately keep it up. It also keeps me accountable so I have to keep getting work done

Is it me or did you not mention the software you're using? With the little screenshots I can almost make out PSP, but that's it.

Avid Liquid is the only new bit of kit I've got since the old ones, its just the big brother version of the Studio programs! It was around £200 I think when I got it but now the exchange rate is different. Great value though, and the Pro version isnt really neccesary for me. I recommend it to anyone!

And yeah, Paint Shop Pro and Goldwave! Dark Basic Pro for the 3D bits, but sadly for TGC less and less as Avid has some 3D capabilities that I've been learning. Nothing amazing, just like you can make "textured plains" in it pretty much, but that suits the cutout style I'm working with.
