hi i was wanting to know what you people thought of kaspersky internet security, is it any good or is it awfult? I'm getting the usual "detected vulnerbility" to all sorts of things from flash to photoshop. however as of late i had a few incidents where after opening a file i recieved "action similar to trojan" and "action similar to worm". however when i run a full system scan it never seems to detect them, now i've had bad experiences with norton and what not but does this mean i have a trojan and a worm or just happened to open something with similar properties. what i really wanted to know was does this do what it should or should i buy a liscence for a security programme im familiar with.
thank you

Find things that Norton and McFee don't, plus it even stops sever attacks, easy to use, you are also able to find and unlock areas that it locked for you so it will run if you need it too.

In 4 years I have been using it nothing has got through, its been blocked with a notice saying its blocked it for you to see.

Only thing it does not block is the false virus scan sites, but once you told windows Internet security about them then it stops them dead.

scans about 100 files a second so on my system ( 2 core 2.8GHz)which has about 500,000+ files it can it in about 2.0 hrs +-.

customer services is very good by phone or email they help with clear and concise instructions, and have you going again in about 1/2 hours or less depending on your problem.

well thats my option on it, other my say other wise.

plus try for free, it give you thrity days and does not say buy me to fix.

Short Answer, Yes.

The only 'problem' I've ever had with it is that it detected a virus that wasn't even a virus (it was an image on a forum).

Every virus and trojan that's tried to infect my computer has so far, failed, it's highly rated and simply to use, it doesn't use many system resources and works nice and quietly in the background, and you don't even have to worry about any 'game mode'features because not once has it interrupted me in the middle of a game.

Also, if you're paranoid about typing in bank details up, you can bring up its 'virtual keyboard' feature, which stops any onlookers from recording your keyboard input.
