Hey guys, I don't visit this board all too often, but as of late I've run into an issue that my relatively low knowledge of computers seems to be having trouble dealing with.
I'm trying to upgrade from Windows XP to Vista, in order to run
FPS Creator X10; I've got the
Microsoft Windows XP Professional to Windows Vista Business Express Upgrade disk. Upon running, it opens a window where it attempts to check over my computer to ensure that it will be able to run Vista. As it checks my OS an error message pops up however. The error message states "
Windows XP is not Windows Vista capable".
As for a solution, I am completely lost. My PC is running XP Service Pack 3, has an Intel Core 2 CPU with 2 GB of RAM. My video card is an nVidia GeForce 8800 GT.
If anyone knows what might be causing the dilemma, even an idea that might be the issue, I would greatly appreciate any help I can get. Again, I apologize now as I am not very computer savvy, so if you know what the problem
might be, speaking in relatively newbish terms would as well be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for your time.
Cheers
Ich will in Beifall untergehen.
