I was enjoying reading that and having a joke with members, as I'm sure she was, aswel as many others.

If in geek culture ("This high volume board is for all geek / tech culture related threads not specific to game making. If it's off-topic but adheres to our AUP, it goes in here.") you cant have a few random messages, where can you?

I mean i've read the AUP, and we arn't in breach of anything...

so can someone please tell me why?

Because at that point it was just embarrassing, as everyone was trying to prove who has the quirkiest/cutest sense of humor for her. The purpose of the thread was served, everyone got a chance to say hello.

At about page 6 I noticed people were explicitly trying to "outdo" the Post Competition thread (and even said so). I came back a little while after and it was already on page 8 of filler posts. If someone feels it was unfair, feel free to contact me We are human and we make mistakes, but I am not the only one who thought that thread just got pointless.
