Don't forget the area code.

TGC are more than one person, Richard Vanner is in charge of business, Lee Bamber is in charge of bugs. There is a support department to deal with order issues etc - really you'd be better off emailing Richard if you have something important, that nobody else can handle.

Here's an idea. Post your phone number here and one of them will call you back.

I doubt they want to hear somebody complaining about your Hands On Darkbasic Pro Volume 2 being sent to South Africa in broken english. I think loosing both books is the fault of your countries mail service. First your book is stolen by a mailman and repackaged before it arrives at your house and the second time they mistakenly send it to Africa probably because of poor sorting ability. If you know exactly where it is you can most likely use the internet to get the phone number of the building your package is in so you can talk to somebody about redirecting it to your country. Your proof that it's yours is the tracking number that only you should know.

But I write like this "South Korea".
Hmm... Anyway,So My item had gone South Africa that I only wait that My item return to TGC from South Africa.

- So How long item does send back?

My neighbor when growing up was from S. Korea. I could never understand a word she said.

I bet he put the wrong address on his order.

I love the fact that he made up a number based on VanB's very revealing '40!'

Try to keep your personal opinions on South Korea to yourself please. If puppysss is having trouble with his orders, I don't see how its relevant or fair to bring his country into it.

If you've ordered a Product directly from TGC, and are having issues, the best place to go would be here:

What? I love south korea.
Everyone knows the difference between north and south korea, though I guess, looking back at it now that it could have been slightly off-topic.

No problem
You go left then straight on til you get to Germany, then turn right and it's straight on past India second on the right. If you get to Japan you've gone too far.

Oh and if you need to phone me my number is 07777777777

Puppysss, the next time you order always make sure you fill in the correct details. You seem to be having a lot of issues, and considering your 'broken' English it's more then likely you made a mistake or two during the ordering process, I've never seen or heard of mail going to the wrong country before, perhaps you accidently clicked on 'South Africa' instead of 'South Korea' somewhere?

Anyway, that might not be of much help, but you should also be a little patient. Just trying to get things as soon as possible won't always work.

Well seeing as they're incredibly close on the drop down list, I would say that is most probably what he has done.

Puppys' I edited your post because you seem to think that posting your home address is a good idea, I have to protect you from yourself.

Listen, read this paragraph 5 times and if you still don't understand then ask someone to read it for you and explain.

The forum is not here to provide order tracking, support, feedback or anything. The sellers, be it TGC or whoever have email addresses to contact them. You've asked for a phone number for TGC so you can phone and ask about a product they are not even responsible for. TGC are resellers, TGC have their own support structure which is not this forum. You have to contact the people who can help you, basically the people you bought your book from. TGC can't really help you, and we can help you a whole lot less than they can. There is nothing any of us can do to help you get your book, if there was then we would have done it already.

So please stop going on about it and contact the appropriate people, then if you can't get things resolved maybe someone at TGC can help, TGC Support that is, not the forum, not the moderators, and not Lee or Richard.

I put VanB's paragraph into a translator but I don't know exactly what I've said! Disclaimer, I don't mean to be rude or anything!

Just don't stop programming next week before the book shows up. You've been though too much stuff to give up on Darkbasic Pro.

In the meantime, South Korea is technically called the Republic of Korea, and maybe it should be updated in the dropdown?
