DLL Talk / how do I create a decoded stream with BASS

I am trying to decode a stream with bass and not getting any data out of it, this is what I used :
BASS_StreamCreateFile",0, "Busta.mp3", 0, 0, 0x200000

could someone tell me if I am using the wrong codes "0x200000"

please help

Hi RUSSIA, I looked at the program and it didn't work. It had a lot of bugs. you also didn't use the FLAGS.

can you show me an example of using BASS FLAGS in the darkbasicpro.
