Standard members will have a limit of 500 KB worth of attachments per entry. Advanced (DBDN) get a 2 MB limit per entry. There is no limit on the number of entries you can have.

Cheers,

Rich

Hmm, 500kb doesn't seem like very much but then again I guess we won't really need a lot.

It's supposed to be a CodeBase, i.e. you store source code in it. The attachment (and there is a limit of 1 file per code entry, although this can be a zip) should be the media to support the source code. You cannot just upload media, it has to be linked to code (hence the name, codebase).

If you need more space either join DBDN or pay for your own web hosting site to hold the files on.

Cheers,

Rich

Dont need it, I'm afraid Martyn - got me own web site (although if you want to rent space off me, I'm willing to take offers)

500K should be enough for the really useful bits of code - anything else will be on my web site anyway.

So, its all going to plan for the 29th then ?

I know that it's just often I need to post a snippet that has one bitmap file attached etc. and I often end up ftping it and linking to it.

Yeah, in that case it would be ideal. Post your code, attach the media to it.
