RUCCUS is probably serious, but he's also saying no one will do anything for free.
Although from what I can remember RUCCUS is an amazing graphics artist and $50 is a steal.

post the design and whatever specifications you want (color preferences, dimensions, file format(s), etc) and anyone interested will give it a shot. if you're not happy with the results (or don't receive a response), expect to pay a pro
