Hey everyone!

Does anyone know any formulas for calculating the size of the capacitor plates and the distance they need to be apart if the isolation material is soaked wax paper? The only numbers I have are:

15'000 Volts peak voltage
0.05uF


How can I calculate the distance and size of the plates?
