Could someone please tell me how turn a save file into a screensaver? I am eager to know, and I can't find it in the instructions anywhere.

I was wondering if a deforming mesh animated .x file will work now? and how I would go about it? I think it requires memblocks?

Could someone please tell me why I would want to use a small .exe and pck file?

Is there any FAQs for DBPro?

TKS for any help you can give me")

To turn an executable into a screensaver rename the "exe" to "scr" extension.

It was on the DarkBasic Pro Box when I purchased it.
Make a screensaver easily...
All I request is an easy part...
perhaps the general code; which sets the windows properly and checks the addresses at the important part of the registry.

Maybe a little downloadable program that converts .exe to .scr appropriately?

It say's on my dvd box cover "create stunning 3d screensavers"(I don't have a box)and of course you can create anything but you have to program it.Try having alook
at the examples code and adapting it to suit.

ok, there is an option in the Project menu that says "EXE Filename". Go into that, name your exe and from the dropdown list choose Screensaver!

I would also suggest ensuring that if a key is pressed or the mouse is moved/clicked then the program exits, otherwise your screensaver will go on forever. It really is simple.
