Title says it all. I'm just curious to see your shortcuts and background image. No other reason, really, just curious.

And if you have a high-res screeny, scale it down to something reasonable so it doesn't stretch the page.

Here's mine,

Last one was in June sometime, so I just thought a new one would be appropriate, since I know I've changed mine at least five times since then, others must have changed as well.

@Raving In A Utopia,
Nice set-up there. Kicks the crap out of mine.

@demons breath,
What's with the picture of Herbert Dillinger? Just did a quick search of him and he didn't seem like the nicest fellow.

@NeX,
Pretty.

@razerx - love it - coolest one so far by miles.

And John Dillinger was a legend. Come on - the man robbed a bank by pretending to be making a film about a bank robbery. People just stood by and watched. He used to pretend to be from a security company too to case vaults too. Funny stuff. He escaped from prison not once but twice. He was basically the main target of the FBI (or their precursors) for years (most wanted man in America for a spell, 'til he got shot at least...). He wrote letters to important political figures, just to wind them up... Plus he was the inspiration for the name of the band The Dillinger Escape Plan, who are just awesome.

Really want to see Public Enemies but it'll probably annoy me to be honest. Hate when there's suddenly a Hollywood film about someone or something you're interested in. People kind of assume you know about it from that, and they think they know everything about it because they saw the film. Like there was one about the death of Elizabeth Short a few years back where they apparently caught the killer in it or something. I see why dramatically it kind of makes sense, from a Hollywood point of view, but...

Don't think I've posted in the last few of these, so I guess I'll post again. I just arrange my icons by name (I know, boring) and switch to a new cool concept art background every few months. Not sure how mine will turn out on here since I resized it from 1440x900:

Well... it's good to see you're creative with your backgrounds...

(mine is actually a Mac backdrop, from the Panther days, with a blurred edge detect Matrix over the top and then a little shine)

Meh, I kept that background on here because it... well, it looks good. It's an impressive + nice image but without being contrasting and clashing with everything. I also barely look at my wallpaper with the amount of screen real estate I have

Luna Elements 5. An excellent choice, Diggsey!

You know, even though there's tons of these threads, they're still a lot of fun. It's amazing how much a desktop can change in just a few months!

Or even just a few clicks of the mouse...

I'm actually trying out the taskbar on the bottom of the screen. I've never done that before!

Looks identical to a Quick Launch in functionality but nowhere near as well integrated. Make your Taskbar double-width and move the Quick Launch above the window changer.

My monitors reasonable, but if I wanted to post the actual picture, I think it would stretch the screen a little bit, (about 6000 pixels )

Oh right, i thought that diggseys toolbar 'thing' would only appear on the desktop maybe. I might give the double size taskbar a shot though

Unless you honestly want a 2048/1024, then the attachment isn't necessary. That's just if you want the full size image (I don't see why you would, but the internet is a weird place)

Its a good day to do what has to be done by me and help my brother to defeat the enemies
