q3 isn't an answer, it's a question, the answer to which:

I dont actually know why, but mainly because I just got bored and wanted to do something.

pokesav? If you really want to get into hacking, I suggest you get yourself a real game hacker with a disassembler and hex editor. Something like Tsearch. Because these games are pure machine code.

It's by no means a bad game Ignoring the rest of the franchise, the games were good.

I loved the pokemon games! Who's this bidoof character though? I played Red and Gold (though I wasn't so happy with the new pokemon - kept ending up making my parties entirely out of old ones) but anything past that? I think I had Ruby as well actually. Never finished it though...

You forgot your question mark.
but was that the answer to a question?

Yeah it was an answer, but can be used as a empathic half bothered answer. Sort of, your problem is too small to care about. ^_^"

The only good thing about the Pokemon series was the original intro song - me and my friend have decided that it'd be a fantastic song to do a montage to - perhaps we could throw some clips together of Ricky Hatton training and then you'd think Pokemon was awesome.

I tried to get one of my bands at music college to cover the pokemon theme for our end of year assessment. Didn't work. Got another one to do the power rangers theme though

(I'm the hairy one stage left whose guitar's down low in the mix)

[EDIT: Doesn't start til about 1:50 if anyone watches it]

Love the pokemon theme though. Great cheesy fun.

Wow. The topic has steered clear of the path, spinning out, somehow managed to land on a massive jedi narwhal and explode.
