Hey a while back there was some thread somewhere on these forums about some martial arts fights.

There was one I remember being absolutely amazing. I think Jeku posted it but I can't seem to find it anywhere

I believe it had 2 people in a dimly lit ring. The video was filmed in kind of poor quality (like a home video camera recording it). The title of the video was in another language and was kind of long.

The thing about the video was that the martial artists flowed so smoothly not wasting a smidget of energy when moving.

If you have any other martial arts clip that demonstrates how the professionals (real ones, not Hollywood ones ) flow so well, I'd love to see them.
