I don't have much of a clue when it comes to computer hardware, and am planning to buy a new laptop mainly for programming (my current one runs Unreal Tournament 2k at a bad frame rate) but I also want to Oblivion on the laptop. So would this laptop be able to run Oblivion on low settings at a good frame rate?

I'm unsure on the processor and the graphics card.

Your system requirements appear to meet or exceed the minimum, however none of the Radeon HD chip sets are officially supported by Oblivion. There may be issues with certain game features. You would be better served to ask on the Oblivion forum.

Seems like it will be okay to run it (I don't really care about settings).

Cheers

Although that won't work because I don't have the laptop yet, but that site seems useful... Except I get:

400 Bad Request: The request could not be understood by the server due to malformed syntax: Please try to run the test again. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Oh well lol.
