Just thought I would give you guys the heads up on this terrible, terrible thing that is known only as the "Green Screen of Breath".

The Green Screen of Breath can happen after a particulaly long coding session, causing distress, mayhem and panic upon any that come near the area.

How to overcome it?

Clean your teeth, sortid.

Hopefully Mike Johnson will read this, that guy can melt a monitor from 2 metres.

Knowing Ravey, probably not

Well, it's not Mikes birthday, unless he's got two like the Queen has, so I guess Ravey got bored and decided to take it out on Mike ... again.

Ungrateful for funny posts maybe?

Anyway, this made me giggle to myself quite a bit, Ravey! I'll be sure to brush my teeth more often.

Oh, I laughed. It's the kind of thing I imagine being exchanged all the time here.

Ah, mysteriously hidden forums. I imagine one of those is the old Team Requests board?

No. He threatened this. He will pick them off one by one. In public.

Perhaps it's a subtle hint that we've all got bad breath?

Maybe we should chip in and buy him some Wriggleys Extra. That stuff is excellent for getting rid of coffee breath - when you drink 7 or 8 cups of black coffee a day, it's a necessity to have a big tub of Extra handy .

What I don't understand, is how people can come into work with honking breath, It's understandable if it's a smoker, but when they have that morning dragon breath, meaning they simply didn't bother brushing - well it beggars belief. British folk are almost supposed to have bad teeth, and in most cases there's a reason for it, there's no excuse for not even bothering to brush. Maybe it's engineers in general, they're really just geeks with less useful skills and apparently less hygiene instinct as well.

Maybe there needs to be a iPhone app, you tell it the last time you brushed your teeth, washed your hands, had a shower - and it'll nag you when you've taken it too far. Maybe the camera could analyze your fingernails and behind your ears as well.

I was thinking Bishop's Cheese myself...okay, sure it's the foulest smelling of all cheeses, but still it'd be an improvement.

Okay...that was harsh, but please take it out on Ravey, not me, as technically it's his fault.

If this is the first time you've nearly died from bad breath, brush your teeth. If this appears again, follow these steps:

Check to make sure any new food or drink is properly consumed. If this is a new consumable, check the label to ensure you are not allergic to any of the ingredients.

If problems continue, stop eating or drinking the consumable. Remove bits of food that get cached between your teeth. If you need to use Safe Mask to remove or disable consumables, empty your bowels, press f8 to select consumables, then select Safe Mask.
