So, I'm trying to get my program to direct-download some files so it can update itself. In the past this has worked. Now, I get weird problems where the file will not download, or if it is a txt file I am trying to download it saves it, but when I open it has a "404 Error" inside. I've tried downloading someone's game on the forums using my program and it works great. So I have concluded that it is the server I am uploading on. Even Microsoft SkyDrive, which allows you to direct link to files and which works in a browser, won't work in my program. WHY IS THIS!!!!! How can it tell the difference between my program and a browser?!!!!
