Nah it's not specific to what he said here - it's because he has persistently mocked AndrewT across many different threads (for no apparent reason).

Unfortunately there seems to be a good amount of this anywhere I go. Well, more so, people think they are better because of the language they use which is not true at all.

I'm a C++ fanboy through and through for its speed and versatility. I tend to lean towards C# for prototyping, and Java for its excellent support for threading. But, I have found extensive use of the Boost libraries cater all my MT needs. So, I'm increasingly neglecting Java for that reason, but I'm not really fond on the whole VM and GC concepts. It's just mucky for speed.
