Hey Guys,

I picked up the Drums Of War sample library from www.cinesamples.com yesterday and threw together a little tester track to try it out.

Would love to hear what you guys think.

Really nice.
Maybe raise the backing strings somewhat at the beginning and put in some "quicker" notes in the melody at places to make it less predictable, otherwise pretty awesome.

Myself, I'm currently having a great idea for a passage, but no, my music programs wont play it back the way I intend... very chagrinning.

The only other sample library I used in this track was Symphobia by ProjectSAM.

I work in Ableton Live 8.

Hope that answered your questions there

@Junkrock - Very interesting track you made! It remeinds me of a city at rest playing away to a victory. Would I be able to use this track in my 3D action game I am working on? I will give credit to you for the song.

Thanks,

Beastegargoyle

@Beast: Feel free mate, the track was more a test for my new drum lib than anything. Like you say a nice credit would be cool, also keep in mind I still retain all rights to the track.

Cheers for listening!

It sounds professional, but the melody is a little generic for my taste (i.e. not really memorable). Good job though
