It actually seems pretty neat. I haven't played with it yet, but I like the idea of recording a tune and others laying down a track on top of it and see what random people can come up with. It's basically just an online recording session with who knows who else.

This looks pretty awesome, someone posted a while back in Music & Sound FX about a music collaboration site--these guys seem to have nailed it! I'm definitely going to upload some stuff over winter break.

Yep, start working on a project, and damn if someone else don't go and do it, making you having wasted your precious time

Well, luckily enough the concepts are a bit different still. Looks kind of interresting though, maybe I'll sign up...

That sounds great! I'm signing up now.
Sorry to hear that you have a little competition though Rudolpho... I still thoroughly support yours too... Didn't know if it was still on the go 'cos that thread sort of died.

Threads in the music forum always die.
I figured I shouldn't bump it until I was ready to accept members, which will be a while yet.

Ah that's a shame - I remember all the fuss with that petition for a music board and all that, and the one time I see a decent community centred thread in there (although I don't check in that often) it disappears.
I think I bumped it at one point to be fair.
You should keep it updated to be honest with your progress and suchlike - it'd create much more interest over a protracted period of time, you might get suggestions and feedback as you do it, and it would let us know you're still making progress and suchlike so the people that were interested at first haven't forgotten about it by the time it comes out.
