Hey, I'm using two monitors here, and whenever I try to run a game in full screen, it crashes, and then DBP is crashed and open right in between the two screens. Also, it can't be closed, I have to CTRL-ALT-DEL it out.

Is this an oversight or a bug, or just my computer?

EDIT: By the way, it worked fine before I attached my second monitor.

Hello all.
I'm also using two monitors and having the same problem. But it's not just DBP thats having this issue, it's also DarkGDK.NET and DarkGDK. This only seems to happen when the display is set to using extended desktop.

Monitors: HP w2448hc (19200x120 max res) + Belinea 10 19 27 (1280x1024 max res) (different sizes may be a problem ?)
Graphics Card: nVidia GeForce GTX 295 (driver 195.62)
OS: Windows7 (64bit) (Also had this issue before upgrading from Vista)

DarkGDK built with DX Aug 2007
DarkGDK.NET using 3.5 SP1

Is the problem caused by fullscreen windowed mode, fullscreen exclusive mode, or both?

Hi IanM
Looks like the problem has something to do with full screen exclusive mode. At the moment I'm testing with DBP using nvidia 196.34 beta driver (I may later rollback to 195.62 and test again) and it's a bit difficult trying to figure out what's going on as sometimes it will work. Say the programs initial settings at compile time are set to exclusive mode 1280x1024x16 and the resolution and/or bit depth are changed on the fly say to 800x600x32 then it crashes, but changing the on the fly resolution to 800x600x16 works. At first I thought it was a bit depth issue so tried setting exclusive mode to 1280x1024x32 and changing on the fly to the same with the result that it crashed, yet setting both the bit depths to 16 the program then worked. It will also crash if you only just set the exclusive mode resolution and bit depth at compile time with out changing any thing on the fly.
