Thank you so much again, Outdoor Gamer. It worked like a charm! Youre really good at scripting, and I am super excited to show you how much your scripts have paid off.

The third level is about 50% Done. Sorry its been kinda slow lately, ive been working on custom huds and scripts to make the game more suitable to the game play I want.

Hey every one, this is a terrible thing to have to tell you all but I have to.

Late last night while I was working on the 4th and final level of my game demo, a virus got into my computer some how and comletely whipped my hard drive of everything. I now have nothing but the internet on my computer. By the time I got it off, it had striped my computer clean. My computer detelcted 21,301,000 viruses that had worked its way into my computer over a course of an hour.

Im going to get this game back up and running again and do everything I can to get it all back the way it was. The demo release date will have to be pushed back until maybe the end of this month or maybe a little sooner or a little later. Im soooo sorry to tell you guys this. Because I was gonna surprise every one and just have a demo waiting for you all for the next post. But instead my next post was this one.

I am going to spend the rest of tonight getting all the media back onto my computer then come tomorrow, ill start remaking everything over again.

Im so sorry everyone, but everything will be back.. Just a little later than expected.

Are other people around the forum getting virus's like mine too? Cause I wouldnt want this to happen to any one at all. All this hard work and dedication for nothing really hurts.

You know, ill probably follow you up on that offer OutdoorGamer. Ill most likely email you this and we can talk about how we can work together to get this game done and out for the public to try. You're a good scripter and I could use a hand on some stuff for my game.

Good news every one!

All my original media is now back onto my FPSC files and I am ready to begin production once more! Im going to get into the habit of saving all my stuff to a separate hard drive so no matter what, ill never lose my stuff again. Ill try and get the first level done by tomorrow night some time or maybe the next day. Then ill spend the rest of the week trying to get level 2 done. So by this weekend, ill get level 3 and four all completed. And if I cant get my demo out by this weekend then definitely next weekend.
It wont take me too long to just rebuild what I have already created. The hardest part was just getting my idas out onto FPSC, but thats already done. That is what took me so long to get a demo out the first time.

Im sorry you guys had to wait this long just for the demo. But trust me, a lot of stuff is custom made so it wont feel like it was created in FPSC. It will feel much more real. I promise!

Hey every one! Production on the game is going great. I don't think Ill make the dead line of this weekend though but im really trying.
Ive come to a little bit of a stop, because I cant seem to figure out where the deuce I got that shrub entity in my picture that's looking at the hotel like 30 post from the bottom on page 1. Does anyone know where those came from. I know it wasn't FpsFree.com and It has to be here somewhere on the forums cause I dont ever go anywhere else to get media. Can anyone help me?
Once I find that then level 1 will be about 90% complete!

It's looking really good so far man, great to see that you didn't give up after the unfortunate loss of progress. The only suggestions I can think of are adding back in the small amount of foliage you did have before, just to breath a little life into the environment; as well, perhaps a few buildings here and there in the background of the map, just to help give the player the feeling that they're actually in a town. Just some thoughts, keep up the great work

Cheers

Life would be much easier if I had the source code.

Its been really tough man. Im still trying to keep the same look and style of game play so I dont have to change the story in anyway. But thank you for stickin with the game even after that virus. It means alot!

I have actually been looking for the foliage that I had in the original level one but I couldnt find it... UNTIL JUST NOW!!! I couldnt think of another way of saying "plants" in the search bar. But when you put "foliage" it triggered my memory and I found exactly what I was looking for! So thank you sooo much! Im actually about to upload some more pictures to show you the plants in-game on the next post!!

I just added those too! Thank you for the tip again! It made the map look alot more realistic.

Hey there every one!

Im so sorry that its been almost an entire month since I have shed any new light on the game. I have been experiencing some major issues with the new version of Fenix mod and I was unable to make any progress on the game.

But, now I have reverted back to the old version and im now able to start up production again!

Ill be posting new screenshots in the next post!
